Price: the price advertised includes publication of a vehicle-specific Vehicle Information Document. It also includes postage of the same to the address given to us. It includes registration of the vehicle on the French Crit'Air clean air scheme.

Terms: the customer will be asked for basic vehicle information which is essential to enable our research and production of the vehicle-specific Vehicle Information Document.

Cancellation: the customer will not be able to cancel the order for a full refund once work has begun producing the vehicle-specific Vehicle Information Document but the customer will be notified of his/her consumer rights in this regard.

Production and despatch timings: from order to delivery of a vehicle-specific Vehicle Information Document is usually 7 - 10 working days.
